If required, protel can deliver a PDF version of your end-of-day reports straight to your inbox! The "Reporting to Mail" module sends predetermined end-of-day reports as a PDF attachment to a predefined list of e-mail recipients. Each report will be sent separately.
Example e-mail (in German):
protel has to be setup for sending e-mails (requires a special protel system setting).
you must have protel 2014.17.881 or newer installed on your PC.
the relevant workstations must support PDF export of reports (requires a special protel system setting).
for each hotel, a user defined field for e-mails must be configured. This field can be assigned to the relevant report and is used to determine the desired e-mail recipients.
